| May 2023-May 2024 | Working Groups evidence collection and self-study writing |
| September 2023 | President Riley and Steering Committee visit with MSCHE VP Liaison, Dr. Anne Wahl |
| May 2024 | Working Groups submit final draft chapters and evidence to SC. |
| June-July 2024 | Steering Committee integrates chapters into one cohesive report; finalizes evidence library |
| December 2024 | Upload of final Self-Study Report and Evidence Library |
| February-April 2025 | Tentative site visit |
Feb 2025
- Feb 26: Final self-study report made available to the campus community on our self-study website
- President's Bulletin: Preparations for Middle States Reaffirmation of Accreditation
- Feb 19: Downstate delivered the final self-study report and evidence library to MSCHE as required for the self-study and site visit process
- Feb 13: Middle States assigns a site-visit evaluation team to visit Downstate on April 6-9, 20205
